You are a member of a space crew originally scheduled to                        Date  ____________    Per. _____

rendezvous with the mother ship on the lighted side of the moon. Due to mechanical difficulties, however, your ship was forced to land about 100 km from the planned rendezvous point. (But, still on the lighted side of the moon facing the Earth.) Fortunately, none of your crew were seriously injured. But, only a few items from your equipment store survived the rough landing. It is the task of your crew to select the most important items for your survival. Please make your decisions by group consensus.

The 14 items below are all that survived the landing. Work in groups of two ore three students. Rank order these items from #1 for the most important item, to #14 for the least important object. And, in the spaces to the right of each item, explain your reason for needing or not needing each one.
