I'm using an iMac and an iPod equipped with an XtermeMac MicroMemo to create enhanced (pictorial) podcasts for upload to iTunes. I will assign each lab group in my enriched class one of the labs we will do this year to create a podcast of the lab's procedures, results, and an analysis of the outcomes of the lab activity. Our district has been very supportive of this effort and has helped tremendously in establishing an XML feed on our network server. If you would like a copy of the assignment, let me know. With the new MacBook airport wireless cart our district purchased, my students can be at their seats with laptops while we learn the nuances of GarageBand and podcast creation.
