~Use 12 point Font~

Name:                                                                                                             Block:

Date:                                                                                                               Lab #:

Title of Lab

Purpose: The purpose of this lab is…. (Hint: this is related to the title of the lab) The purpose only needs to be 1-2 sentences. Don’t include your goals for the lab or observations you made.

Materials: This can be a bulleted list.

Discussion: This is where you define the discussion terms given to you on the lab handout. These are listed under “Discussion Terms.” You need to use complete sentences. Try to relate the terms to what you observed during the lab. This should be 3-5 sentences. The length depends on the number of discussion terms.

Data & Observations: Put your data table(s) here. Do not put: see attached. The data tables you make in class are rough drafts. Your lab report should include your data in the report itself. Unless otherwise instructed. You may also include any observations that you made during the lab.

Graphs: Include any graphs that are constructed. You may attach the graphs separately. Make sure to put “see attached.”

Conclusion: The conclusion is all conclusion questions are answered. They must be in complete sentences. You may number them or put them into paragraph form.
